Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables in a timely and efficient manner; ensure quality of all items being set on the table

• Ability to take dessert orders from guests and attend to each guest’s needs

• Maintain stocks of all supplies and necessary items for service, reporting to management when items are low

• Execute menu items for assigned station from start to finish; this includes but is not limited to preparation of ingredients, butchery of proteins, cooking and plating of menu items

• Able to demonstrate classic cooking techniques

• Able to prepare ingredients and setup station mise en place for service

• Work closely and collaboratively with the kitchen team

• Responsible for washing dishes and maintaining the cleanliness of the service pieces and kitchen/glassware, either by hand or using dishwashers

• Correctly placing and storing clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas
